Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom and to Poland. Delivery is included in the price.

How long it takes

• United Kingdom: processing 1 to 3 days for 80% of orders, then shipping 3 to 5 days. About 4 to 8 days in total.
• Poland: processing 1 to 3 days for 80% of orders, then shipping 3 to 6 days. About 4 to 9 days in total.

These are estimates from our suppliers, not guaranteed dates. The product page shows the estimate for that product. We do not offer next day delivery.

How we ship

Orders are packed and sent by our suppliers from their warehouses, which may be outside the UK and outside the EU. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. We email you a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

Import charges

For UK orders worth £135 or less, UK VAT is included in the price and you should not be asked to pay import VAT on delivery. For UK orders above £135, import VAT and customs duty may be payable on delivery. We will tell you before dispatch if this applies, and you can cancel for a full refund.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the order date, you can cancel it for a full refund. If a parcel arrives damaged, email dap.gml@gmail.com with your order number and a photo.
